• We offer three categories of internships:**

1. Social Media Coordinator

-Create and schedule engaging multimedia content for various platforms
-Develop a consistent brand voice across all digital channels
-Track analytics and optimize content strategy
-Must be proficient with current social media platforms and content creation tools

2. Summit Administration Assistant

-Coordinate online seminars and virtual participation
-Manage participant registration and membership inquiries
-Support logistics planning and execution
-Assist with speaker coordination and scheduling

3. Technical Support Specialist

-Onsite Photographer/Videographer
-Support digital content creation
-Help with technical aspects of virtual presentations
-Experience with web development, multimedia production, or event technology is valuable

Requirements:

-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and handle assigned tasks efficiently
-Preferably based in or able to be in Vienna during the event period
-Excellent attention to detail
-Relevant experience in your chosen internship category is a plus
-Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
