16 hours/week for Friday & Saturday shifts

paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team of 100 people with more than 20 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together.

We are opening our new shop in the heart of Vienna’s 1st district – a space that brings our global community together through a unique and immersive brand experience. Our new concept combines retail, product customisation, a café and an event space.

To help bring this vision to life, we are looking for a Friday and Saturday Barista to join us, starting in October.

Your Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and represent our brand to ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, work area, and seating area.
• Handle cash register and payment transactions.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Support the sales team in the shop whenever needed and possible

Your Profile:
• Ability to work every Friday and Saturday.
• Passion for customer experience & personalised services, brand storytelling, and community-building.
• Barista, Basic sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and basic German is a must, other languages are a plus.
