Beschreibung

We are looking for a motivated person to support the work in the zebrafish facility several times per week on a freelance basis (estimated 10 to 20 hours per month; €13.50/hour). The main tasks of this position include feeding the fish, cleaning the tanks, and general duties such as preparing buffers.
Ideally, candidates are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programme in biology or a related field or graduates of an animal care school.
Candidates should have a good understanding of why animal models, particularly zebrafish, are used in cancer research in order to understand and carry out workflows such as the timely administration of dry and live feed, daily health checks of the animals, and other related tasks.
We are looking for a reliable person who is also willing to come in on weekends. As we work in an international environment, candidates should also be able to speak English. Please send applications by email to the address below. Applications should include at least a CV.
