GoZebra Event Manager (m/f/d)

GoZebra is looking for an Event Manager to plan and deliver sports and team events - from idea and blueprint to organisation, execution, and post-event review.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute events from beginning to end
• Develop new event ideas and turn existing ideas into clear event plans
• Manage timelines, logistics, suppliers and on-site implementation
• Work with our marketing expert on promotion and visibility
• Support the creation of suitable marketing materials where possible
• Plan and look after staff, members and participants before, during and after events
• Review and reporting of events afterwards

What We’re Looking For
Must haves:

• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Event management experience
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a proactive, hands-on to-do mentality (solutions rather than problems)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

Nice to haves:

• Canva or design software experience
• Marketing experience, incl campaigns, social media,
• Sports industry knowledge
