Fem Tec Internship – Product development - R&D (f)
Location: Vienna | Duration: 6 months | Start: May or June

What you’ll do:

• Support in the development and design of new innovative process
• Support in developing new plant-based food products from upcycled Ingredients
• Conduct product tests and sensory evaluations
• Execute laboratory trials and measurements
• Assist in recipe development
• Assist in Quality related topics
• Assist in Ingredient development

What you should bring:

• Studies in biotechnology/Engineering, food technology, food science, product development, nutritional sciences or similar (End of bachelor\\\\\\\'s programme or start of master\\\\\\\'s programme)
• Basic experience in a product development laboratory
• Basic experience in analytical lab (measurements) is a plus
• Interest in circular economy, plant-based nutrition and sustainable raw materials
• Independent and structured way of working - good documentation habits
• Creativity and motivation to try new things
• Good English skills especially in technical related topics
• Hands on mentality
