• Klosterneuburg near Vienna, Austria
• Starting at € 1.887* gross/month for 40h/w depending on level of education. Duration: 4-6 months, possible to start from July

Your Responsibilities
The Grant Office of ISTA supports the application and management of research projects funded by public and private funding bodies. During your internship, you will contribute to the smooth operation of grant management processes by:

• Managing the project time-recording process for scientists working on projects
• Assisting with grant management activities, including data processing and data cleaning
• Supporting the team with additional administrative and organizational tasks as needed

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies (BSc or MSc), preferably in business or economics
• Interested in research administration, project management, and data handling
• Knowledge in MS Excel is an advantage
• Service-oriented and thorough way of working
• Excited to proactively support our team and eager to learn
• Good command of English (Institute language: English)
