• Klosterneuburg near Vienna, Austria
• Starting at € 1.182* gross/month depending on level of education – Duration: August and September

Your Responsibilities
Get a feel for the day-to-day work in the administration of a research institute and get involved in one of our core areas. The Campus Services unit manages a wide range of services at ISTA, such as the apartments, the guest house, and our café/pub. This internship offers you the opportunity to shadow the team in their day-to-day operations and get actively involved.

• Restocking the office kitchens on campus
• Assistance with setting up, rearranging, and taking down seating and tables for events
• Inspection and Setup of Seminar Rooms
• Inventory Check
• Assistance with administrative tasks, such as ordering products and filing invoices

Your Profile

• Current training in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
• Interested in working in an academic setting
• Good English skills (the institute\'s language is English)
• Service-oriented and conscientious approach to work
• Motivated to proactively support our international team
