I am looking for someone to take over my spacious corner room of 15 m² with big windows looking onto the street with trees. All furniture in the room is included: comfortable bed, sofa, big wardrobe, desk, chair, full length mirror and 2 smaller dressers. There is a spacious kitchen with a window view, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven), with a lot of counterspace. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower, separate toilet and there is a washing machine available. The apartment is shared with 5 other people (between the ages of 21 and 35), all internationals, even though some have been living in Vienna for a few years already, either working or studying.

The apartment is very well connected to the city, since it is a 3 minutes walk to the 14A Bus Stop or a 10 minutes walk to the U1 Metro, from where you will reach the city center withing 10 minutes. Further, is the Vienna Hauptbahnhof reachable within a 15 minutes walk. There are multiple stores located close by.

Contract for a year or minimum stay of 6 months and can be prolonged for 2 years & move-in and out date can be discussed.
