Lulu and Raffael are looking for a new flatmate starting April 16, 2025. Our spacious flat (91 m²) features a beautiful roof terrace (9 m²) and is ideally located between the U3 and U6 stations in the 15th district of Vienna, close to the "Kleingartenverein auf der Schmelz."

The available room is south-facing and approximately 14 m², providing plenty of natural light. The flat is bright and airy, with an open kitchen and a large living room that lead directly to the terrace - perfect for relaxing evenings outdoors. The total rent is €500 (all-inclusive, with potential adjustments in the future).

The area is calm and conveniently located: just a 5-minute walk to the U3 Schweglerstraße and an 8-minute walk to the U6 Burggasse-Stadthalle. The 9 tram line is also only 2 minutes away.

Life in the flat is relaxed and welcoming. I, Verena, am leaving my shared flat after 3 years to live on my own, as I have started a new job and will occasionally work remotely. My flatmates, Lulu and Raffael, are friendly and open-minded individuals who enjoy sharing a chat, a meal, watching a movie, or having a beer together on the terrace.
