I am a 34 year old Englishman looking for a man or woman to replace my flatmate who is moving out 01.03.25. I speak English and German.

Large apartment 2 mins from Vienna Westbahnhof including:

- Large balcony facing the courtyard (=Innenhof) please plant some nice herbs and flowers with me in springtime (photo)
- Large living area/kitchen (see photo) with new dishwasher, washing/dryer machine, dining table, huge couch, huge TV, fridge/freezer etc.
- Separate WC room, bathroom with a bathtub.
- Fantastic internet connection (WIFI and LAN cables) in all rooms.

There are 3 bedrooms, because they are not very big (12m2) we use the middle bedroom for our wardrobes and storage etc. This means that our private rooms have a lot more space and privacy, with the spare bedroom between us.

I have lived in lots of WGs before, this is a nice big apartment for only 2 people. I would describe myself as quiet, a little introverted, tidy and easy to live with. I am looking for a tidy non-smoker who can speak German or English.

The apartment is furnished (=möbliert), your room will be empty. The rent includes absolutely everything including all utilities, internet, heating etc.
