Large 90m2 3 bedroom apartment 3 mins from Westbahnhof for a 2 person flat share (2er WG)
Great WIFI and LAN connection to each room. Insurance, internet and all utilities are included in the price. This includes heating and electricity etc, so no hidden extra costs.
Our bedrooms are a modest 10m2, so we have 1 room each and can both use the middle room. This means our rooms are more private and we have more space because we can have our wardrobes and some shelves etc in the middle room.
Your room is freshly painted and in good condition and completely empty.
3rd floor, Altbau old building with high ceilings, large storage cellar, nice balcony in a quiet courtyard (Innenhof), and you are welcome to plant some flowers and herbs etc on the balcony in spring if you are interested.
Large Kitchen/living room area, huge couch, huge TV, new dishwasher, big fridge/freezer, new washing machine, separate WC and bathroom with a bathtub.
I am a 35 year old English man, I am a citizen here and I speak fluent English and German. I would describe myself as quiet, bookish and introverted. I have lived in various flat shares before.
I am looking for non smoker man or woman, who can speak German or English. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
No pets allowed in principle but we can talk about it if you have a quiet animal that wont damage anything.
This room is for one person, not for couples or families.
I have spent a lot of time this year making the apartment nice, you only have to worry about moving in and dealing with your room etc. You will not have to spend any money on furniture etc for the shared areas if you do not want to.
This is a nice and large apartment for 2 people, come and see!
